Private Training Sessions are designed to create your best self.

First off, In order to reach the highest level of your physical outcomes there needs to be a good intention behind why you have decided to commit to health and fitness. With that being said, it is very important that you approach this journey with a mindset that’s ready to embody work ethic, discipline and accountability in a positive way. A strong mindset is what keeps us focused through the adversities that may come along the way. These are the key ingredients that allow us to maximize our results both physically and mentally giving us the growth to be the best we can be.

Every personal training program will begin with an initial consultation.

The consultation will begin with a movement assessment. The assessment is not considered a workout. However, you are required to wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in. Initially, we will analyze your flexion, extension, cardiovascular fitness, functional movement and your body’s structural alignment. From there, we can dive right into goal setting. This is where we can begin to visualize success. Your goals can be anywhere from weight loss, muscle building, flexibility improvement, workout schedule preferences etc. The sky is the limit. Information about your past exercise experience and medical history such as injuries or surgeries is thoroughly taken into consideration. After we’ve captured our vision a tailored program is designed to get you moving towards the goals you have set forth.

30 and 45 Minute Personalized
One-to-One Sessions

30 and 45 minute training sessions are designed to give you an efficient personalized workout. We will focus on breathing, range of motion, technique, timed Intervals, and circuit training. Our most important takeaway from this training is to not only feel stronger physically but also stronger spiritually. As a result of these sessions, you will discover more confidence and mental clarity. Helping you to connect with a greater sense of accomplishment from the work you did.

Semi private training

Semi Private training sessions bring both elements of private training and group exercise together to provide each participant with a dynamic and fun personalized workout. The workouts are designed to help clients improve mobility, functionality, and flexibility allowing the client to progress to any goal. As a semi-private client you’ll be working toward your unique goals using a strategic program design with people who are aiming for the same success. Working out in a group builds support, motivation and camaraderie which will benefit your social well-being. Together we will improve!

  • 2 participant minimum, 3 participant maximum
  • 45 minute personalized workout

Online Training Workouts

Initial Consultation

Every online personal training program will begin with an initial consultation. This consultation will take place over a phone call, video call, text message, or e-mail.

This is when you and I will discuss:

  • Health and fitness goals such as weight loss and muscle building
  • Fitness background and how long you’ve been exercising
  • Medical history such as injuries and surgeries
  • Workout preferences such as location and equipment‍

This information is necessary for us to create an effective and safe fitness plan for you. This consultation is also a great opportunity for us to meet so that you can also learn more about my background.

Your Online Fitness Plan

After our consultation, I will use the information you provided and build a personalized plan for you. Online fitness plans can vary from a few weeks to 12 months, but your program will constantly change as you improve and progress. Before beginning, you can ask me any questions about your fitness plan.

Check-ins

I will schedule occasional check-ins with you. Check-ins can take place over text, email, phone call, or video call.

You will discuss your advancements, obstacles and ways to improve. Ask me any questions that you have about your workouts or nutrition program. You can also ask me to demonstrate any exercises and provide tips and advice for feedback keeping you on track and highly motivated!

Workouts

I will provide you with a workout plan, it’s up to you to get it done. The online personal training workouts will include the following:

  • App based training with high definition videos
  • Live video conferencing with real time feedback.
  • As you’re exercising, it’s important to log your workouts to track your progress so that I can develop your next program. This information will let me know your strengths and problem areas.

All programs are Non refundable. 12 month PAID IN FULL packages are to be completed within one full calendar year from the initial start date. Sessions will be forfeited thereafter.
